The new and restored Olival 54 is located in a centenary building just in the heart of Porto´s historical centre. Behind its original yellow front, four main floors hold 4 unique and very special apartments. 
The rehabilitation of this typical and picturesque building of the city of Porto was carried out, after its abandonment and degradation. After the first visit, we left with the confidence that it deserves the investment to recover the history and splendour of this building, surely a witness to many and varied events from the old times and centuries in the city of Porto. With its majority composition of stone, it presents a typical architecture while preserving and integrating traditional Portuguese elements such as the granitic arcades and walls.
Every apartment is different and unique. If on one hand, the building´s architecture varies from floor to floor; on the other, each apartment´s decoration and design are intended to emerge the guest in an atmosphere of strong feelings and sensations from the happiness of the sun to to the lightness of the clouds.
