Please fill out the accommodation bulletin that we send by email in advance to facilitate check-in. However, you will always have to present the original identification documents during check-in as well as a credit card to guarantee any damage during your stay. Credit card details are only kept for 72 hours after check-in.

• There is no capacity for extra bed in this property
• Pets are allowed upon request, charges may be applicable
• Cot available upon request and free of charge
• Apartments are only accessible by stairs
• Parties/events/bachelor are not allowed.
• Smoking are not allowed both in the apartments and in common areas.
• Free internet access
• Silent hours: from 10:00 pm
• For stays of 7 days or more, housekeeping and change of bed sheets and toilet towels will occur in a weekly basis.

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations: 50% at the reservation, and 50% at the check-in day

All payments shall be done by bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel 5 days before check-in or reschedule for any other available period free of charge, otherwise no refund will be affordable. In-case of no show you will be charged the total price.
